(“LIVEMEDY”) as data controller pursuant to Law, within the scope of the service activities carried out by LIVEMEDY and the activities aimed at ensuring user satisfaction.

The term "personal data" under this PRIVACY NOTICE, means "any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person", as it is defined in the Law. Based on this definition; the purpose for processing your personal data, to whom and for what purpose your personal data can be transferred, methods of collecting personal data, legal reasons and your rights regarding all these processing of your personal data you share such as name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, address, age, education and occupation information, health information, biometric data, are declared for your attention hereunder.

LIVEMEDY shows maximum sensitivity to ensure the security of your personal data you share through LIVEMEDY mobile application and/or website and process your personal data pursuant to the Law.

The Purposes of the Processing of your Personal Data

Your personal data that is collected; will be processed through the mobile application and website designed by LIVEMEDY, for the purposes of making appointments with LIVEMEDY users, providing consultancy as a second opinion, management of user satisfaction process and effective service activities, and management of the relationships between health professionals and users. Additionally, your personal data can be shared with authorities and persons such as lawyers, experts, courts in case of being subject to a dispute to which LIVEMEDY is a party, to enable LIVEMEDY to exercise its right of defence. LIVEMEDY can also process your personal data in order to fulfil its legal obligations.

The Methods and Legal Reasons of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected by LIVEMEDY from the electronic environment you submit your information, within the scope of the service relationship between LIVEMEDY and you, for various legal reasons required for LIVEMEDY to perform duties and continue its business activities. Your most up-to-date notified personal data is processed to keep your personal data accurate.

The Transfer of Your Processed Personal Data to Third Parties

Your personal data may be transferred to direct or indirect business partners and other third parties that LIVEMEDY is in cooperation to perform its services and business activities within the country and abroad, together with legally authorized public legal entities, private persons or judicial authorities, under the abovementioned purposes.

Your personal data will be processed during the legal periods required for the personal data processing purposes specified in this PRIVACY NOTICE. In case of having a legal reason allowing to process your data for a longer period after the end of the legal period, your personal data will continue to be processed during this period. Otherwise, your personal data will be erased, destructed or anonymized immediately after the end of the legal period.

With your application to LIVEMEDY for the erasure of your personal data, your data subject to your request will be erased immediately, if there is not any legal processing period.

to object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analysing the data processed solely through automated systems.
